On a side note:  Haas did an amazing job at his strongman competition this weekend!!  Just one of the highlights below.  Super proud of you buddy

    To all of you it seems ridiculous not to offer support to a friend. However, that community doesn't exist everywhere. That is one of the reasons I am happy to be on this journey of starting an affiliate with all of you!

  2. Thanks for the WOD guys. This was my first time wodding alone. But I had plenty of motivation from my 6 year old scootering next to me asking why I run so slow. Can't wait for the gym to open!

    The gin and tonics I had last night did in NO way help with experience today
