12 Alternating DB snatched  45/25
12 Weighted sit-ups

If you do not have a DB you can use a bar.
For the sit-up use your DB for the weight. Easiest way is to hold it on your chest. Find something to stick your feet under.

Cash out

Take 10-15 minutes and get a good stretch in. If you have roller or ball hit your quads and IT band.
