Get a good solid stretch in today and work on some mobility for the strength portion today. Maybe get out a lacrosse or tennis ball and get into those shoulders.

This was my idea and I will be the first to say that it was awful. It's not secret how much I love running, but I survived. My legs were like sandbags the 3rd and 4th rounds of running. 14:29
